Homeowners have a garage they want emptied and no appetite for running the sale themselves. You price it, stage it, sign the agreement, run the weekend, and take a commission on what sells. They get their driveway back on Monday.
Once a city is claimed we cannot sell it again — that exclusivity is the whole point.
We are not taking new operators right now. Tell us the city you want and you get the first offer if it opens up, before it is listed publicly. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Three things you get, photographed straight off the screen: the website your shoppers browse, a sign for the corner of the street, and the agreement you sign in the kitchen before you touch a box.
This is the sale on the demo site — the same one you can click into above. No inventory, no storefront, no van full of stock: the goods belong to the homeowner until they sell.
You walk the garage with the homeowner, agree your rate, and both sign the agreement on your phone. Nothing gets moved until that is done.
Price and stage. The good pieces get photographed onto your site so shoppers can see them before they decide to drive over.
Signs go up. Arrows on every corner within half a mile, and the big one at the mouth of the driveway.
Doors open. There are people in the driveway at 7:52. There always are.
Everything drops 25%. The browsers from this morning come back for the thing they were thinking about all afternoon.
Half price, or make an offer. The goal on the last day is an empty garage, not a maximum price.
You settle up, hand the homeowner their share, and photograph the empty garage. That photo is how you get the next job.
At yourname.garagesalebiz.com, live before you finish reading this. Your name, your colour, your sales, with photos and prices. Shoppers browse it before they drive over.
Pick them at checkout. Nobody else can buy those cities from us, for as long as your account is active. There is no bidding and no renewal auction.
A garage-sale version and a moving-sale version, pre-filled with your details and the homeowner's. Plain English, print-ready. Review with your own attorney before you use it.
Directional arrow signs and a full-size sale sign, laid out to print at home or at a copy shop. Address, dates, times, and a QR code to your listing baked in.
Every homeowner you talk to, with their address, notes, and where the conversation got to. The ones who said "not yet" in March are your July calendar.
Four modules, fourteen lessons: finding clients, pricing things people actually buy, running sale day, and turning one job into three.
Exclusivity is only worth something if it is written down somewhere you can check. When a purchase completes, the city is written into the territory registry as a row that cannot be written twice — and the availability checker at the top of this page reads that same row. That is the whole mechanism.
There is no bidding, no renewal auction, and no tier that buys you more of the map. Three cities, picked by you, held for as long as your account is active.
If two people complete checkout for the same city within the same moments, the earlier purchase takes it and the other buyer is offered a different city at no extra cost, a full refund, or a full refund plus first refusal on that city — their choice. Operator Agreement §3.5
You pick your cities and read the agreement before you pay.
14-day refund. Change your mind within 14 calendar days and we refund the $249 in full — no form, no explanation required. It ends if, within those 14 days, you have either published a live sale to your public site or generated and saved a client agreement.
Those two are the only conditions, and they were chosen because we can both check them: each is a dated record in your own dashboard that you can see as plainly as we can. Reading the course does not affect your refund. Operator Agreement §10
Because we would rather not have to explain one. Your site, your dashboard, and your training do not switch off after 30 days and no invoice arrives next month. We charge once, for the territory and the tools, and that is the end of the transaction.
We do not find your clients, book your jobs, or run your sales. We do not tell you what to charge, and we make no claim about what you will earn — some operators build something real out of this and some never book a single job. This is a set of tools and a protected patch of ground, not a job offer.
You operate under your own business name, keep every dollar you collect, and pay us no royalty. We exercise no control over how you work. There is no franchise fee because there is no franchise.
I built EstateSaleBiz first. Estate sales are a solemn business — somebody has died, or is moving into care, and a family is standing in a full house making decisions they did not plan to make. Garage sales are the same job, smaller and lighter: the same walkthrough, the same pricing, the same signs on the corner, the same Monday morning with an empty driveway. The tools turned out to be very nearly the same tools, so I built them again for the smaller job.
There is a real job in that, and the people who would be good at it are usually not the people who want to build a website, write a contract, and work out what to charge.
So that is what this is: the parts that stop somebody starting, already built. The three cities are locked to one operator because a territory you have to share is not a territory.
I am one person and a small company, not a franchise with a call centre. If you email, it is me who answers.
It means we will not sell GarageSaleBiz to another operator in your three cities. The moment your payment clears, those cities are recorded against your account in the territory registry and the availability checker on this page starts telling everyone else they are taken. That row cannot be written twice, which is what makes the promise checkable rather than merely stated.
It does not mean you are the only person in town who can run a garage sale — we cannot grant that and nobody can. Anyone is free to hold their own sale, and other companies may operate near you. What you get is exclusivity within this platform, and the tools and training that come with it.
In the rare case that two people complete checkout for the same city in the same moments, the earlier purchase takes it and the other buyer chooses between a different city at no extra cost, a full refund, or a full refund plus first refusal on that city. See Operator Agreement §3.5.
No experience is assumed. What you need is a car, a phone, a weekend, and the willingness to knock on a door and have a conversation. The course starts from "you have never done this" and the first module is about getting your first client, not about theory.
Nothing about GarageSaleBiz requires one. You buy as yourself, you operate under whatever business name you like, and the client agreement has a line for a business name or for your own.
Whether you should form one is a question for an accountant or an attorney in your state, and we are not able to answer it for you. Note that a business licence is a different thing from an LLC, and many cities do require one to run sales at other people's homes — that one you do need to check. Module 1 walks you through finding your city's rules, and Operator Agreement §6 puts that responsibility with you.
Your cities are locked into the registry, your website goes live at your subdomain, and you land in your dashboard already signed in. You also get an email with your address, your login, and the three things worth doing first. No onboarding call, and no waiting on us to build anything.
Two things, and only two. Within 14 calendar days of buying, email us and we refund the $249 in full — no form and no explanation required — unless in that time you have either published a live sale to your public site or generated and saved a client agreement in your dashboard.
Those two were chosen because we can both check them: each is a dated record in your own dashboard that you can see as plainly as we can, so there is nothing to argue about. Reading the course does not affect your refund — we have no way to verify how much of it you read, and we will not condition your money on something we cannot measure and you cannot contest. Full terms in Operator Agreement §10.
Really. $249 once. We do not store your card after checkout, there is no renewal, and no invoice arrives next month or next year. If anything ever changes about that, it would apply to new purchases and not retroactively to yours.
Often, yes — and it varies enormously. Many cities require a permit for a garage sale, cap how many a household may hold per year, and regulate where signs may be placed and for how long. Some require a business licence to run sales for other people.
Module 1 walks you through finding your own city's rules, but you must check them yourself and comply with them. We are not able to advise you on the law where you live, and nothing on this site is legal advice.
Check it above before you buy anything. If it is taken, you can pick a neighbouring city instead, or join the list for that one and get the first offer if the operator there ever releases it.
You choose your cities and we confirm they are free before you reach the payment page, so the ordinary way to discover a city is taken costs you nothing.
Email info@kingdom-creatives.com and we will tell you what is open next to you. There is no automated upsell in the dashboard because we would rather look at whether a fourth city actually makes sense for you first.
We will not answer that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It depends on your town, how many jobs you book, what the goods are worth, and how hard you work. Some operators never book a job. You could lose money on this.
What we can tell you is the mechanics: you charge a percentage of what a sale takes in, you set that percentage, and the dashboard defaults to 50%. What that adds up to is entirely down to you.
